About Power On Productions
Power On Productions is led by Sean Howlett, a New Orleans native who grew up in the Lakeview area and brings more than 30 years of experience in the audio visual and live event industry. Since founding the company in 2014, Sean and his team have supported conferences, corporate meetings, festivals, trade shows, and special events throughout Louisiana and the Gulf South. From New Orleans hotel ballrooms to regional events in cities such as San Antonio, Power On Productions is known for reliable equipment, responsive service, and experienced technical support.

Sean Howlett
Sean is the CEO and owner of Power On Productions with 30+ years in the AV and event production industry. His experience in audio visual rentals and live event production drives the company’s commitment to reliable service and flawless execution.
Dave Villata
Dave is our Audio Production Engineer with over 20 years of experience in live and studio sound. As the owner of Studio 55 Productions, he has produced for artists like Wiz Khalifa, Jelly Roll, and Three 6 Mafia, bringing top-tier audio expertise to every event.
Ed Mire
Ed is our Lighting Technician with over 20 years of experience in event lighting and production. He also manages our warehouse operations, ensuring equipment is organized, maintained, and ready for every event.
Brad Watts
Brad handles all carpentry and electrical work for our productions, bringing over 25 years of experience in structural builds and power distribution. From staging to custom setups, he ensures everything is built safely, efficiently, and event-ready.
Lisa Howlett
Lisa serves as Office Manager and Web Developer and SEO for Power On Productions, overseeing operations, client communication, and the company’s digital presence. With a strong background in web development and digital systems, she ensures everything behind the scenes runs smoothly—from first contact to final delivery.
Kandace Piccolo
Kandace started with Power On Productions as a stagehand and, over the past 5 years, has become an integral part of our logistics and warehouse operations. She helps ensure equipment is organized, maintained, and ready for every event.
Triche Aucoin
Triche handles accounting for Power On Productions and also serves as a paralegal, helping ensure the business stays organized, compliant, and on track. Her dual role supports both our financial operations and legal oversight.
Gabby Bankston
Gabby is our Media, Photography & Camera Specialist, capturing our events, team, and behind-the-scenes production for the website and social media. As Sean’s daughter, she brings a personal perspective to showcasing the work and people behind Power On Productions.
